      I want to know how a business can just randomly double your bill when there's no more gallons of water being used than what you've always used to pass 4 years. Sent you a bill that went from 60 bucks to $191 for almost a year and then out of the blue they decide to come out and fix a major leak that was on their part and the damage was not even on my property It was across the road and then what would you know my water bill goes down to 60 bucks the next month and it's a normal water bill but yet I'm not the one that had the leak It was a main line from the waterboard so why is it the customers have to pay for y'all's mess up on top of us already have to do your job after we pay a $75 reconnect fee but yet we're the ones that have to go outside and dig in the dirt and turn the water back on by cutting the zip tie.. scamming people much????

      Northeastern water company of ft ***** al is the worse company to deal with you have to pay a 75$ fee for them to come out and cut your water off with a zip tie they dont put a lock on it just a zip tie but once you pay your bill they want you to go out there and cut the zip tie off yourself because they said its not there responsibility to come back out but will come out to turn it off and you paying them 75$ on top of your bill. This is ridiculous of how much they charging people for this and want come back out.. and they employees are very very rude whenever you try to talk to them and they want take your payment you have to call another number just to make a payment.. So wat is the point of having somebody in the office if they isnt doing anything but charging 75$ for someone coming turning your water off with a zip tie and you have to go out and cut the zip tie off once you pay your bill so if you have to go out and cut the zip tie off yourself why pay 75$? If I had another company to choose from best believe this place would not have my business. They isnt nothing but a rip off in my opinion.

      I agree with ******. I just paid $1000.00 for an undetected leak. Water Department would not adjust bill as do neighboring water departments.They should have meters with leak detectors that have auto -shutoff. This is the 21st Century!

      They will not notify you if you have a leak. Have been told twice they are not required to. They choose to let water run out on the ground and waste it instead of notifying customers so it can be fixed and save the customer money and the precious ********************** resource.
