      Billing errors. Attempted to resolve with billing and office manager. Resulted in being slandered and told that physician would no longer treat family. Went to physician multiple times and any past due amounts reported were paid. Received notice that owed over 260 dollars unexpectedly. Requested itemized bill. The itemized bill did not reflect the amount given by receptionist. Itemized bill received two weeks later after requests. **** had errors where amounts paid in check for total **pay was not reported to the full amount. Noticed billing errors where bank drafts were not **nsistent with their amount paid in their system. Refused to **ntact us or listen to **mplain. Office manager dropped us from care after reporting what appears to be fraudulent billing practices. Received another bill on April 16 2023 for November 8, 2022 with a different amount total and the bills do not make sense because the numbers keep changing. Complaints ignored and dropped reporting that we were safety risks after questioning bills and again charges kept changing. Refused to provide medical re**rds directly to me as well by office management or **ntact me after several calls. These past charges are years old and as far back as I we can see they have been re**rding 35 dollar ** pays as receiving on 20 dollars and not sending out statements. This was surprise charges and **ding errors. I am looking for explanation of bills, services and why cleared checks are not re**rded accurately in their system in order to clarify the amounts proposed owed over several years as well as why it was never entered **rrectly when we did pay previous charges at doctors Visits as well as why it was as surprise charges after several years. It really doesnt make sense and is **ncerning. Truly dont know if these are further errors and glad I didnt just fork out money. We have cleared checks and they didnt care to respond professionally or clarify why we were billed so much and the number changes
