    I contacted Allens lock and key to request the dispatch of a technician to create a transponder key for my 2009 Dodge Avenger located at a CVS close to my home. ******** responded on site and I paid $175.00 cash to have the key cut and programmed but she was unable to get the key to properly work. She let me know I could have my car towed to her shop where she guaranteed to be able to figure out what programming was needed to make the key work so I paid $75.00 to ********* to have my car moved to her shop. I have attempted several times to call and text her as well as drive to the shop in order to find out what is going on with my car because it is November 27th and I still do not have my car. She has not answered the phone nor answered my texts except for once back in October and this has affected me greatly in my ability to get to and from appointments and in my ability to obtain a job which I very desperately need. Now I am at the point of losing my car because I have not been able to get a job needed to pay the title loan I have on it and it has cost me greatly in private matters which require that I attend specific hearings and appointments. I have literally driven to the shop every day for the last two weeks since A friend agreed to let me borrow her car and the shop has been closed every time. Once I was sure there were people there because there were cars there but no one came to the door when I knocked. I left and drove back by later and saw the cars gone. I would like my money back as well as the money paid for the towing, the return of my vehicle at their expense and some sort of punitive compensation for the detriment their failure to provide the service promised and avoidance has now cost me.
