    I bought a 2024 ***** Trax six months ago brand new. Two weeks after I bought it I noticed the paint around the bow tie in the front grill is chipped off, and the drivers windowsill is creased not allowing the window to seal as it should. I immediately took it back to the ***** dealership, a man in parts told me it may take two weeks. I have called many times, no one returns my calls and I have been into the dealership 3 times and they give me the run around. Ive had my car six months and the repairs are not done. I want the repairs done and ***** is responsible for any charges or the warranty. I reported these things after two weeks of buying it, I has now been almost seven months. I refuse to take my car back to Team One ***** of Gadsden. I even tried to call the number I was given for the General Manager, the number is not in service. Fix my car and I will be done with *****. Im so upset about this I started taking my car to ****** for oil changes.

    I am so sorry *****, we didn't take care of your issues with your ***** Trax when you came in.  You can bring it in next week at your convenience and please see me and we will get the front fixed and replace the moldings as needed.  Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience and I will put you in a rental when you do come in.  Thank you, Sincerely, *********************** General Manager.

    On Saturday, March 25, 2023, my mom and I went up to Team One Chevrolet so that she could get a vehicle. On that Saturday, I saw a 2018 Audi Q5. The sales representative let me test-drive it. It drove great. On Monday, March 27, 2023, I went back and did the finance paperwork, paid a $3000 downpayment and signed the contract for the car and drove it off the lot that night. I drove the car to work that following Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Friday morning, I left work to go to a doctor's *********** and when I came back to the car, I started the car up and it gave me a malfunction error. I called Team One Chevrolet and the lady told me to bring the car and drop it off on Sunday and I told her ok. I was only about 10 minutes from my job but by the time I got to the job site, the car had started overheating. So, I had to park the car around the corner at a Dollar General in ********, ******* so that I could get it towed. The cost to tow that vehicle from ******** (********), ******* to Gadsden, ******* was $312.54. I called Team One Chevrolet back and told the lady at the service desk that the car was on the way back. On Saturday, March 31, 2023, I went up to Team One Chevrolet and spoke with The General Sales Manager ****. I told him that I wanted my downpayment back because I did not want the car anymore and I asked him about the Lemon Law. **** stated that he didn't know anything about a Lemon Law. He basically acted like he never heard of it and told me that I had to keep the car because I already signed the contract. He also stated that his service manager ************************* wanted to buy the car. He never even gave me the option to pick out another vehicle. On April 3, 2023, I called the finance company and explained the situation and told them NOT to proceed with the loan. I called Team One Chevrolet several times afterwards but somehow, the *** was never there. The Sales Representative that sold me the car called me trying to convince me to keep that car. He stated that everyone makes mistakes and maybe it's something simple. I told him that I didn't want it. I would've maybe picked another vehicle but they never offered that. They wanted me to keep that Audi that messed up on me after driving it only 4 days.

    My General Sales Manager *********************** had called *************** and texted her at this cell ************ on April 13th to find out if she wanted to come pick up the check for $3,312.54 or did we need to mail it.  She has not responded back to **.  We agreed to cut the check and since we didn't hear back from her we were just waiting for her communication.  We have the check here at Team One Chevrolet and she can come by and pick up or we can mail it.  We strive hard to for 100% customer satisfaction and we will not stop until every customer is happy.  Sincerely, *********************** General Manager.
