      First transaction was on March 19th 2023. I used washer #** and was charged the full amount but the washer would not start. Nowhere did it state it was cash only like some of the others. Today, April 7th 2023 the same thing happened. Still no sign on #** stating cash only. I used my debit card and once again was charged but the washer did not start. I tried contacting the business but as soon as the number is dialed it says called ended. I cannot find any other phone number to contact this business. I've read reviews on ******* and it appears a few people have had the same issue as me as far as trying to reach out to the owner with no luck. Not only did these two instances occur, but every time I set time on a dryer, ************ out by about ***** min of what I've paid. For example, I will set it to 70 min but it will only go to 55 min and stop, so I am paying extra money for dry time and not getting it. I have been using this laundromat weekly for the past few months and am about to take my business elsewhere, because this is a poorly run facility and I am tired of dealing with these issues and not being able to contact the owner about any of it.
