    On 3/25/24, I placed an order with *** to have a quartz vanity top made at standard tile. On 3/29/24, I went to pick up the top with the sink attached. I first paid for the top/sink and walked to the warehouse to pick it up, but they cut the top in the wrong color. (Top #1) When I asked to see my chosen slab, *** said the workers couldn't find it. *** apologized and told me they would have another vanity top cut by Monday, 4/1/24. *** called me back a few hours later on 3/29/24, the same day, and said they cut me the correct top to come back and pick it up. When I arrived at about 2 pm, they noticed the top had a chip in it before they brought it to my car. They took the top back and told me they would cut me another top, ready on 4/1/24. (Top #2) Before leaving, *** and I walked outside, and I chose a top of another color. But once we went inside the store, I changed my mind and chose a top on display on the showroom floor. They contacted me on 4/1/24 and told me the top was ready. My contractor picked it up and installed it while I was at work. I got home, and they again cut the top in the wrong color. (Top #3) I went in-store on 4/2/24, and they said they would cut me another top. (Top #4) On 4/3/24, I went in-store, and they cut only the top and backsplash with no sink attached. I asked for a discount or free installation. Anything for my time, the contractor's time, and the inconvenience of having 3 tops cut before the 4th one being correct with no sink attached. My contractor is charging me an additional fee for installing a top for the second time when his contract was for one installation. The owner told *** to tell me nothing he could do except cut the new top and apologize for the inconvenience.

    We did fabricate a small vanity top for ***************.   She did not want us to install.  She had her contractor to install.    We had to remake the top.  We remade the top and she was happy with the finished product .   We only charged the original price quoted.  Only after we finished she wanted us to not charge for the top?  We had a written proposal to supply a top for ******.   We did make a mistake and have to remake the top.   We supplied the top for the original price.   Actually she ended up with 2 countertops for the same price.  It was a cash and carry transaction.  Not sure what else we could do but supply the top for the price quoted.
