    Im writing to formally raise concerns about Twin City Used Cars and their recent behavior on social media, which I believe warrants investigation.After seeing a promotional offer advertised by the dealership, I reached out via their official ******** page to inquire whether the promotion was legitimate. Instead of receiving a clear or courteous response, I was immediately blocked from their page with no explanation. This behavior is not only unprofessional but raises serious red flags about the transparency and integrity of their marketing ********** appears I am not the only person who has had this experience. Based on online feedback, others have reported similar issues; where simple, reasonable inquiries are met with silence, deflection, or removal from the page. This pattern gives the strong impression that the company may be using misleading advertisements to lure potential customers, then avoiding accountability when asked to clarify.Given these circumstances, I strongly urge the Better Business Bureau to review the business practices of Twin City Used Cars and determine whether their promotional strategies and customer engagement tactics comply with fair advertising standards.
