Absolute shame. Recommended 2k worth of work for a 3 yr old. Took him to Children and Teens in Gardendale- he only needed 1 small filling after the actually did xrays!

Mrs. ***** we have never met before I wish I would have had the pleasure to meet you. I'm sorry you feel this way about what youre looking at and I can see where you are coming from. I had explained to his father my recommendations on his treatment plan and I would have been happy to discuss it with you as well. He would not sit still and we were not able to get any radiographs since this is his first dental visit ever and because of his age we did not force anything on him and did not want to him to have a bad experience ever. This is a general dentist office and this was an introduction to the dentist. From what I was able to examine he needed restorative work and that is why we referred out to a pediatric dentist. Your husband was not quoted any price what soever. The price you are looking at is office fees and it automatically prints out on the treatment plans, but in no way was it quoted for his father, it was just given as a reference for potential treatment to his pediatric dentist. Before his appointment our front office tried to call you so we can discuss his upcoming appointment and to get more information about our patient, yet no one answered or called back. I can see where the misunderstanding was. We wish you would have called us to explain what you are looking at, since we have not had the pleasure to meet before. My main concern is him; he was very sweet and I wanted him to enjoy coming to the dentist without ever having a bad experience. For his best oral health needs and to ensure he maintains a good experience during his dental visits, we were the ones to refer him out to a pediatric dentist. Hope this addresses your concern. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any further questions.Respectfully Dr. *******
