    I purchased a necklace almost 2 years ago. It arrived quickly, looked absolutely beautiful, and I had no complaints. I wear it every day, in cold, rain, sweltering hot weather. I have sprayed perfume, showered, used bug spray, put sunscreen on it, gone swimming. Literally everything I have done wearing this necklace. Well, recently I went to Vegas and noticed after a day in the pool, all the moon dust seemed to disappear and the pendent turned into an ugly brown. I figured I would try reaching out to the company and see if they would be able to do anything. I reached out at like midnight my time and within 5 minutes, Jared responded. He asked me about my order number so he could confirm the order and of course, after 2 years, I have no idea where that is. I was worried this would get in the way, but that wasn't going to stop Jared! He asked for the name and address I used, I gave it to him (mind you, he is still communicating every 5 minutes) and he was instantly able to pull up the order and told me not to fret, they would send me a brand new pendent, explained they changed their bonding system and would give me a new one. He sent me a shipping label and let me know to send the old one in but regardless would send me a new one free of charge. He told me there should be no more issues but if I had any issues come up, even "several years down the line, just reach out and they would take care of it right away!" Sure enough, 2 days later, a brand new pendent was delivered in a box with in different boxes/envelopes in it to keep it safe. And the new pendent looked BEAUTIFUL. This company not only has fantastic durable products that done ruin easy or turn your skin green, but their customer service is THE best I have ever seen and that's coming from someone who worked in retail customer service for 10 years. This is a great company and I will most definitely be making more purchases with them in the future! other businesses should take note! THANK YOU JARED !!!!!!
