      This company supposedly checked out my heating and air before my home purchase and said everything was in working order except needing a disconnect which they offered to do for 175.Everything was not in working order. The thermostat in the home was not compatible to the heat pump I have AND the heating wire was not connected inside the thermostat so the heat did not work for me the first freeze.Best case scenario they got paid a fee they did not earn.Worst case possible scenario, they hoped I would call them out to fix something for big money when it was just a wire not connected. We will never know because I didnt call them when my unit froze ** in the first cold snap.
