      I file a claim with my home warranty company for a tankless water heater not working and this persons took it. Did not comply with coming the day they said that they were coming. ******* didnt not answer the phone he sent a ****** to call me who said the claim was closed then they another person Julian * days after he didnt know what he was doing and was not equipped also he did know how to speak English or Spanish well. They didnt report the diagnosis that was my water heater was not working to the Home warranty and cashed my $75.00 deductible without completing the work. Just found out they are not accredited. Please help me
