    Property location - *********************************** ***********, ** ***** We are writing to file a complaint against Enterprise Flooring Services, ***** owned by ********************** regarding their services they were to provide for the remodeling of our bedroom and bathroom. We are seeking your assistance in addressing numerous issues as a result of their unsatisfactory workmanship, incompetency. Since terminating Enterprise's services we have discovered many discrepancies in their workmanship have caused us to hire additional certified contractors to repair and complete.. Additionally, the flooring is faulty and will require additional repairs and possible replacement. All of this has resulted in financial hardships and time burdens on our end.The full extent of the damage has yet to be determined, due to the units occupied by renters. We are deeply concerned about the potential ramifications and costs associated with the required repairs.In light of the aforementioned issues, we are requesting your assistance. We believe that the actions of Enterprise Flooring are unethical, possible illegal and unlicensed operations.I have tried to resolve the issues with ************************ , but my efforts have been met with disregard and a lack of responsiveness.Enterprise's progress has been documented with extensive photos and videos to verify their faulty work and incompetence. Please find the attached samples showing just some of the discrepancies. We will provide more upon request. We would appreciate assistance in helping us take appropriate action against Enterprise Flooring, and hold them accountable for their actions. We are requesting a refund of $4,400.00 for payments made to Enterprise Flooring ****
