      I staye at ************ 406. I left the unit to go to dinner with my wife to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. My car was not in the parking lot.. I thought my car had been stolen. I called Young ******** and reached an operator who said I should call the police. Called ******************* they said it was towed because my car didnt belong in the parking lot. I explained I was legally residing at the location. I did not have a decal because they didnt leave me a parking decal in the basket were it was supposed to be. I later found it under a table in the living room. King ****** said they had my car and indicated it would $285 to retrieve it from their yard. They said they were called by the *** to tow my car. Once again I explained I was a legal resident at ******** and thus I had a legal right to park where I was renting. My wallet was in my car when it was towed, So I Had to call a Uber to take me to the boat yard where it was located.???? Yes a boat yard. It was not at ************. A lady met me there in a truck with child to let me get my wallet since I didnt have cash. Once I got my wallet the Uber had to take me to a bank to get $285 in cash. They wanted exact payment but I didnt know that because they didnt tell me. The lady at the boat yard said she had no change so I had to give them extra money since they dont give change. I reported day of arrival that the room smelled so bad we couldnt stand it. The floors were not clean etc. I want a refund of $22 for my Uber and $290 for towing. This was not right and everyone I talked to agreed but they all were good with taking my money. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. I suspect that the owners that actually live here resent people that purchase units and rent them out to people. Theres no justification for NOT doing due diligence to make sure youre not towing away a customer car that is a paying resident. Will share this with every friend I know visiting here!

At Young's Suncoast, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, including providing clear information about parking regulations and requirements. We make every effort to communicate the importance of displaying parking passes, which are provided to guests upon arrival.

      Our records indicate that a parking pass was placed on the counter prior to your arrival, and the homeowners association also reinforce this requirement with signage throughout the condominium premises. Upon reviewing your situation with the association, it was confirmed that warnings were issued regarding the necessity of displaying a parking pass to avoid towing.

      However, we understand that situations can arise, and if the parking pass was misplaced, we would have gladly provided a replacement to prevent any inconvenience, as our goal is always to assist our guests in having a pleasant stay.

      Please accept our sincere apologies for any frustration this incident may have caused. We value your feedback and will use it to further improve our services and communication.

      If I could give the thieves at Young's Suncoast Realty and Vacation Rentals NO STARS I would. I canceled my trip 40 days in advance and they said that there policy was to Never refund any deposits. Crooks. NEVER book with them unless you have money to through away to the thieves.

      I apologize if the guest feels that these policies were not displayed clearly in the confirmation.  We make every attempt to make sure our cancelation policies are clear to each of our guests.  Our reservation staff makes this cancelation policy clear both when speaking with a guest, as well as in the documentation they receive after reserving a condo with Youngs Suncoast.  This policy is also outlined on our website,where the guest booked his original reservation.

      The cancelation policy is mentioned in the confirmation letter that the guest signed on August 15, 2023, and I am happy to provide a copy if needed.

      The guest did call to cancel his original reservation on August 21, 2023, at 8:15am.  At this time, we informed the guest that the deposit is non-refundable, however, if he would like to change his dates to some other dates within the year, we would be happy to adjust the reservation rather than him losing the deposit.  He then called back at 8:53am to book another unit with us, smaller property, but for the same dates and we moved the deposit to his new reservation.  When the guest called on August 28, 2023, to cancel the second reservation he was informed again that that deposit is non-refundable.

      Arrived June 24 for one week with daughter and family!June 24 - Wi-fi not working. Dirty towel in Washing machine. Ice maker broken. Sand and bugs in Master bathroom. Contacted realty via EM/Text. Was told work order would be put in.June 25 - Nothing done, still same issues.June 26 - Went directly to realty office and spoke to manager who assured us all would be repaired! WI-FI still not working, so could not teach my college class via zoom! Daughter working on Master Degree, could not work as NO wi-fi!June 27 - Again contacted realty was told "someone" would be there to repair ice maker/wi-fi Had to cancel my zoom class again and daughter still not able to attend zoom class.June 28 - Maintenance came replaced part in ice maker, stated wrong parts would come back. Still no WI-FI and no ice. Four days now buying ice at nearby marked June 29 - Worker shows up, replaces browser gets the wi-fi working, but then the office tells him to put the original browser back as it was from a different company! Again, no Ice and no wi-fi. Cancel classes again. ******* health inspector shows up to inspect pool.June 30 - Pool repair shows up as inspector closes pool due to high water and incorrect depth stickers on side. Wife calls realty and they graciously let us know they would give us $115 refund for wi-fi not working,. Had to cancel my zoom class for the 5th straight day and my daughter could not turn in mandatory documents for her class again, due to no wi-fi working!Long story short, had rented from Young's Realty before and had great vacations, but this one turned out to be the vacation from h*** and had hope at minimum, one night's refund would've been appropriate considering the aggravation and was going to book three houses for summer of ****, but that will NOT happen!
