      I used this door vendor I found on ******** Marketplace for a home remodel at ***************************************. When they delivered the doors on 21 February2024, two of the doors had door slabs that did not match all the other doors. My contractor realized the doors were wrong when he started installing the doors the following week and contacted ***********************, aka ************************ and told him about the problem. ****** said he would swap out the door slabs the following week.Since that time ****** has told me and my contractor on multiple occasions that he had the doors ready to deliver and never delivered the correct door slabs. We have offered to come pick them up and they will never tell us where to come pick them up.After 3 months of trying to get them to exchange the doors, they have stopped communicating with us by phone, text or email.My contractor and I have multiple texts from them stating there are going to correct the problem but they never follow thru with what their plans to correct the problem.I would like help to resolve this issue. All I want is for them to provide 2 door slabs that match all the other doors on the house.
