7/18/24 had Davis come out to look at a leak that the restoration people said was still going on in the attic from the air exchange handler that had clogged and overflowed to flood my bathroom ceiling down the wall into the downstairs ceiling. They came out looked at it said it was nothing more than condensation on the *** pipes. Told me that the leak wasn't from the ** unit in the attic. He proceed to belittle me as if I was a stupid woman that didn't know anything. That is not how you treat a paying customer. They are not professional and after doing nothing to fix the problem want to bill for just showing up to belittle me.

:This is the body of the invoice that was sent to the customer we have attached the full invoice :

Customer stated air conditioning line was leaking arrived at house @ 1:52pm on 7/18/24 climbed up to the attic inspected drain line coming off of the unit and the secondary drain line on the pan. upon inspecting the lines did not see any issues. Customer also stated unit was only two years old and we installed the system and July 2016 went down to try to show customer ***** where she has a vent pipe that had molded and been leaking for a long time that you can tell they knew they had a issue because of the flex seal sprayed around it tried to explain to her that could be the issue. We was out on Friday 7/12/24 for a clogged drain and the pan was full of water. The initial call was no Cool arrived at the house then and found that the safety switch in the secondary pan had shut the unit off. We cleaned the drain line and sucked out the secondary safety pan unit was draining and cooling properly. Customer did not want to see any pictures and was being irate and told me to ZIP IT SHUT UP with her hand motion closeI told the customer that we was leaving that we was not gonna deal with this kind of situation while she was yelling at us and irate. We will be glad to come back out and try to help address the issue when its less stressful on the customer.

************** Davis did see the flex seal on the pipe as he said but what he did not say is that the roof had been replaced and if they had done their job properly when putting in the unit they would have done an inspection of the area and seen the area had mold. so it could have been fixed then but no when my ** handler that they put in clogged and overflowed which has caused this whole mess to begin with is now recking havoc on my life they want to say it's not their fault. which if the ** handler was put in with a tilt and the drain was how it was supposed to be it would not have clogged. all I want from them is not to have to pay them another ****** dollars for them coming out here and doing nothing after I already played them ****** for them to come and unclog the air exchange handler that caused the leak in the first place. Pluse I beleave word of mouth will spead  and I will get my justice on Davis. at least for how he treats women!
