    I am rejecting this response because:


    We bought a matching set. We should have been refunded for the matching set where we could have went and bought another! We have been highly disappointed at the washer so we wanted to change brands completely! We have no faith in Maytag period now. That only makes sense after all weve been through.. Imagine only being refunded for a left shoe when you have to have the both of them? The conversation on the phone was we wanted a new set or a refund on the set & you agreed to the refund on the SET. Also, you were the first to make a threat at my husband as he was pointing his finger at you. sitting in our truck. No where around you! As you said You better get your finger out of my face

    am hard to please and there will never be a set that will be good enough for me. But I can assure all I ask is a good functioning, reliable product. Which I have had in the past! Also, one of the technicians said this is a very common problem with these. With all this being said My husband calls to relay the news of the new washer being bad already and the owner ****** said just bring THEM down here & well give you your money back. We were glad to do that. Where we could just wash our hands and have a fresh start. We get down there with them and he says Im not giving you your money back on the dryer Which is not what he had agreed to do. Why would we want to chance another one of these sets? Also, why would we want to keep a dryer that has no match? It has been a total mess. To say we are disappointed is such an understatement. Our family is all very shocked of how this has went.. we have done lots and lots of business with them through the years.

    I fully refunded the amount for the washer that they were having problems with. They admitted no issues with their dryer.

    Once again, we bought a SET. If one is complete JUNK were unhappy and have no trust in the both of them. Plain & simple!!!!!! 

    Where did customer satisfaction? Or just doing the right thing to keep your long term, faithful customers happy & returning?

     I agree they had several problems with their Maytag washer. We diligently serviced and even exchanged it 2/3 times to try to help. We issued a full refund for the original purchase price as attached. Keep in mind we don't produce these washers we only sale and service them.


     The last time ***** called I asked him to bring the washer back for a full refund and he agreed he would. The dryer was never mentioned on the phone. When they arrived with the washer, I gave him a full refund check and started unloading washer. He then said are you not going to unload dryer and I said no, y'all have not had any issues with the dryer. Ms. ******** acknowledged at that point saying, "the dryer was GOOD and she had not had any problems with it". At that point ***** became a little ill with me and started threatening and point his finger in my face. I politely asked them to leave and walked away. He then followed me and proceeded more threats. I have it all on video. I don't know any reason I should have refunded price of dryer that had never had any issues. Maytag makes several washers that would match the dryer. I feel a refund on the washer was more than fair. 

    We have been in business for over 43 years and our customer issues have always been resolved reasonably!

    I am rejecting this response because:
    When I made the complaint through Maytag I was giving their number. I called them and the woman I talked to said it would February 6 2023 before they could come look at it because they were running 3 weeks behind. I said that was fine. When they didnt show up I called them back and the woman I talked to said that I bought it from Lowes they would not service it. **** was very rude and she laughed when I told her I was a single grandmother raising 2 grandchildren. She said she didnt know what to me other than they would not service it. She said that if ****** sent them any work order that if it hasnt been already denied that it would be.

    We never accepted any repair on this customer? Maytag may have told the customer that is was setup with us but we never accepted it.

    This is an issue with Lowes and Maytag not Bonds Appliance. The customer needs to call Maytag or Lowes.

    We only do service work on appliances that we sell.

    We had not acknowledged any appointments by phone from consumer or Maytag. I'm sorry if someone came across rude but sometimes it can seem that way on the phone.  I apologize for any miss communication on our end but we only service what we sell. This should all fall back to Maytag and Lowes. We did not sell or promise any services nor will we be able to in the future. ****** Bonds Owner

    When i called to set up the appointment I told them that I got their name and number from Maytag because they were the service provider in my area.  Ever who I spoke to originally was told that Maytag gave me the information.
