I purchased a Puma Palomino new from Triple H and purchased the extended warranty. I informed them up front this would be a semi-permanent home for a while and would be unable to move without a large expense and time that I do not have. They said that was fine because they had someone who could travel to my area for any warranty fixes. Not even a week later I called because the shower did not work correctly and frankly should have never left the lot this way, I was told they did not have anyone to travel to my area. So, obviously I was lied to upfront in order to sell me the camper. I would have never purchased from them if this would have been told to me initially. If I carried my camper to them with each issue I have had, I would hardly ever even have the camper. I had to "fix" the shower without "fixing" the shower or else it would void my warranty from what I was told. I have had issue after issue with a new camper! The wood and hinges on the lift bed broke with normal lifting. The mattress had worn a hole in it within just a couple months because I think it was so thin but I have a new mattress I purchased on there now. One of the closet door hinges broke. Door facing on inside is loose. I opened the roof bathroom latch once and it has leaked ever since. There is moisture that is on walls of extra bedroom but I dont think its from a leak so Im not sure what it is. The refrigerator has stopped cooling and Triple H said they cant get the part nor can they get me a new refrigerator because they dont have anyone to come out to me. They have made my experience horrible. I have had this camper for one year and feel like I shouldnt have these issues. I should just be enjoying having it because I paid a lot of money for it. I am so afraid of what will break next. And now the regular warranty has expired (although ALL these issues occurred during that time) but I can't even use the extended warranty that I paid for because they "have no one to come out".Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I was told up front there would be someone and that is why I purchased the camper and the extended warranty. The salesman and the financial person both knew this and assured me and my father that it would not be a problem. I have contacted two numbers I was given by your company (and was told that warranty would cover them) but the first number said they did not do this work anymore and the second I left a message and they have yet to return my call a week later. I have reached out to **** also in hopes to get some help there. I have spoken with ******** ******** (Puma) and given her the issues and the list. I will continue to pursue this until my problems are resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:As I have continually stated and stated when I purchased the camper, it is in a semi-permanent position and tied down also. This makes it expensive and timely to move. This is exactly why I made sure there would be someone who could travel to me. Also, as you can see from the list of problems I have had in just the first year of owning a brand new camper, this would have had to happen many times. There would be no feasible way to move it that often. I do need a resolution to this problem as soon as possible please. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this matter.

08/20 had a rv delivered from triple h in ********** al. **** delivery the driver bent the jacks and he was supposed to show us how to operate it and he stated he was only paid to drop it. I called the salesman regarding this and was hung up on. Well trying to take a shower the water went from hot to cold, I let the salesman No, and I was told that service would call and never heard from service. I also informed him there was some items damaged but never heard from service. Call the service department left a message about the issues already stated and then about the awning, not retracting and worried because we had a storm coming I received response had to call and speak with One of the managers at the store, they informed me he would have the service department call. Also sent him emails of some of the damaged items and once again no phone call called the service department and spoke to Dakota who was trying to figure out everything that was going on, literally during our phone conversation the ** stopped working and it said that the control module was off-line so we have no hot water no air and the awning is basically hanging and smacking into the camper into the glass. We have it secured so hopefully it doesnt come loose and bust. The glass. We have gotten Forest River involved had offered to pay $125 for service fee for a mobile technician but no one will come out for $125. Its like $300 and then all the ** technicians that Ive talked to have said to basically run a list by Forest River to find out what exactly they will pay of the stuff that we know is damaged to hold them to that because they dont wanna pay , we can have it taken to dealership because we live in it, which Triple h is well aware of So Triple H needs to find a mobile ** technician to come out and Fix everything or they should haul it to the local dealership and put us in a hotel or they can take the ** back and cancel our loan and refund our money. I am rejecting this response because if the park home was inspected like it should have been, these issues would have been corrected before it was delivered. We were supposed to have someone walk through the trailer upon delivery, when we brought that to the drivers attention he stated he was only told to drop it. The hot water does not work all the time, we informed our sales rep with the issues and he stated service would call. As a courtesy he showed us a few things, but at no point was any of it thorough. If we would have had the proper walk through we would have known about all the issues and could have refused delivery. He came by here last week, he stated he was using personal time to do that, I had sent him a message stating we appreciate the offer but we are going to decline (we were informed if a non certified tech messed with anything the warranty would be void. He also stated the jack looked fine but it is clear as day it is bent. The awning is hanging and was hitting the glass door so we had to secure it or else it would have busted the door. I feel that once again, if it would’ve worked properly to begin with, it would of prevented the additional damage received during the storm and that is on them. The ac is not working correctly and hasn’t been. At times it has reached 95 degrees in here. For something brand new we should not have to deal with any issues. Also emailed Tyler (management position) he said we would have Dakota from service call and once We never heard from anyone.Also they are fully aware it was being delivered and I specially asked about no hidden fees and then at the last minute they upped the price of the camper to pay for “delivery” I tried to dispute that but they stated then never said delivery was included. They offer free delivery on their website and send coupons for it. They said we had to pay it. Due to us using this temporarily as a home we went ahead and paid for delivery. We will we should be refunded.
I have called a few times, left messages and failed to get any response.

WE SENT A GUY DOWN TO FIX JACK ON CAMPER HE REFUSED SERVICE . THAT WAS A FREE WILL SERVICE TRIP.
SO NOW IF HE NEEDS SERVICE HE WILL HAVE TO BRING IN TO US THAT IS TOO FAR OUT.... HIS AWNING GOT DAMAGED FROM THE STORM HELENE HE NEEDS TO TURN IN ON HIS INSURANCE.

I bought a camper from Triple H on August 3rd that was supposed to come with a washer and dryer that I paid around $3,00 extra for. The sales person ( **** *******) told us he put our name on the washer and dryer and have it put in our camper before the purchase. When we went to pick up the camper the washer and dryer was not installed. He told us he did not know what happened or where our washer and **** went. So, they ordered us another set that I had to install myself even though I paid them to install it . When the new washer and dryer was picked up we noticed they were two different brands once we got them unboxed. One brand was an Ge and the other was black and ****** but they were both in black and ****** boxes. The dryer was also supposed to be for a stackable set.The k*** to turn it on was on the bottom of the dryer. You had to lay in the floor to turn it on. In the pictures Im going to attach,you can tell the dyrer is a lot smaller and not even supposed to be what is in it. We went ahead and installed them anyways because I had to have a way to wash and dry clothes and after 2 loads of laundry the dryer went out. We contacted Triple H and told them how the washer and dryer was not the same and the dryer was already tore up and they said they would make it right and order us another dryer. It has been 3 weeks going on a month and they still have not got us a dryer. They keep giving us a run around and will not answer our phone calls anymore. They finally email us back and said one has been order but they also told us that weeks ago and nothing has ever came in. It doesnt seem like they are going to make it right.Customer Answer

I purchased a new RV in May from triple H Rv. The end of June the ** stopped working and I immediately notified the dealership. It took them two weeks to send someone to find the problem. Even through the parts are warrantied and on hand they have failed to install the parts. I am a disabled American Veteran living in a RV with no ac and the dealership has an obligation to fix but has given me nothing but excuses as to why they cant.Business Response

I bought a camper from triple h tv in 2021 its a ************************. I had a window break in ******* of this year we called them to get it replaced . we took it to them in February, we waited and waited they never called us so we called them, they said the window they received was bent, well supposedly ordered another one. This is the end of June and we have not heard anything from them Im so aggravated. This much time and still nothing as of now. Im having to make payments on this. Purchased a camper through triple H rvs and upon getting the unit home same day of pickup. Had a multitude of problems with the camper that they will not address. When I looked online, they had 2 units w/same model listed with exact same pictures but they were **** different cost. I spoke with sales, ******************************* as to why & it was told that one unit had a king ******* I told him I wanted the double queen and I verified it had a residential fridge which I was assured was the case. I purchased 3/20/23. Upon delivery I walked thru 4/14 & immediately noticed the unit had an RV fridge and a king ******* I emailed ************ sending pictures of what I received vs what was listed that I signed my contract for. I ended up speaking with the *** ***** who was apologetic for the incorrect unit being sent and assured me they would make it right. I get sent to ******. I cut the bed platform down, add the master TV and new queen ******** at my expense. ****** tells me after weeks that he can't order the fridge because of being out of state but if I order it and get it installed, they will send me a check for all costs incurred. He sends me the model info 5/10/ & I purchase from ********** who delivers it on 5/16. ****** couldn't find a tech so I found and scheduled them to come out and install the correct fridge on 5/23. On 5/24, I sent all receipts to ****** requesting promised reimbursement. No response. Reach out again 5/25. No response. Reach out via email 5/25 to ***** and ****. No response. Text and call ****** again 5/26. He has ***** in AP call me to tell me she won't send my reimbursement check of over **** dollars until they get their original fridge back. I agree to ****************** and transport it to a warehouse an hour from my home in order for it to be at a loading dock for them to transport it back to their facility. This is on 6/7. Transporter requests ** info. No response for day. I reach out 6/20 to ****** who says he will handle. A week later nothing has changed. I am out over 2K because you delivered the wrong unit and you've done everything to avoid reimbursing.Customer Answer

The original incorrect fridge was shipped 6/30. They received it per tracking (Southeastern Freight Lines 30503524-0) on 7/3/23. I still have not received reimbursement. I have reached out to ****** who says he will check on it but that does me no good.
