    We needed our washer checked out, it was struck by lightning. ******* ***** answered & responded to us asap. He was very nice, informational, helpful & answered all our questions. Very patient and very good at his job. He was absolutely amazing! We will def start calling him for all our electric repairs for now on.

    ******* came to assess some flickering lights in my home. While there, he offered to cut down some cable in the garage that was not being used. In the process, he cut a wire connecting our HVAC to the thermostat. After he left we did not have heat. We had to pay an HVAC company to come out and fix the mistake. They confirmed a wire had been snipped and blew a fuse knocking out the heat. We notified ******* of the issue and asked he refund the cost to fix the mistake. He refused and was very rude. He never offered a reason for the flickering lights-the reason we called him out to begin with- but suggested our home was unsafe and needed a full re-wiring (cost of $25,000 and fully gutting our home) We obtained a 2nd opinion who confirmed our home was as safe as any other home built at the time and nothing posed an immediate threat, definitely did not require a full rewire as ******* suggested. Would not recommend.
