I had a window leaking heavily and a water pump issue. Anytime ** told me that I should bring the ** to them. They recognize that their customers are the reason they have a business, and the expression of their appreciation about that is exuded in everything they do and say with respect to us customers. When I arrived, someone from the office went and got a technician who went to my ** with me to review my issues and ensure he fully understood my concerns and what I needed done. We arrived back at the business location about 3 PM. They were finishing up and took the time to show me and explain what work was done. The ** was outside the shop, so I was able to actually watch them perform a final check of the water pump and leak check the windows, both of which were successful. To a person, everyone was polite, respectful, obviously conscious and caring about our repair needs, and treated us like they were sincerely glad that we chose them for our repair needs. What a treat! When it came time to pay, I was pleasantly (understatement) surprised. The invoice stated clearly and succinctly exactly what each problem was and what they did to correct it. Lastly, the bottom line was less than I had anticipated. ** repairs are almost never inexpensive. ** owners often feel gouged by repair facilities. NOT SO HERE. At Anytime ** Repair you get what you pay for a lot of bang for the buck!Anytime ** Repair clearly earned each of the five stars in this rating. I am now a loyal customer. If at all possible, I will not consider any other repair company if my ** needs repair. Oh, almost forgot: They also provide mobile service. Ive been **ing for a long time, and I have never before come across a repair facility of the caliber of Anytime ** Repair. I am convinced you will not match the integrity, quality, pride of performance, or level of customer satisfaction such as this elsewhere.Anytime RV Service & Parts, LLC

We have reached out to you ******************** to speak on this matter. Looking back through all of your invoices you were only charged one deductible. On invoice number 8147 that you have a copy of it shows the labor that was performed noting that the warranty work was approved and a $200 deductible will apply. Since you had to pick the camper up before all work was completed, you paid for labor owed, and a couple of misc. parts that were used that was not covered under your warranty. When you brought the Rv back the warranty work, and recall work was preformed. You were then charged the $200 deductible on invoice 8469. We do not take deductible payments until that work is completed.Review fromL D.
