    Major leak that the business is responsible for but yet to repair. Leaking since March with no date of repair from business.

    This company turned water connection off at my address, when bill was current and sited past due bill from last year that they fail to supply or tell me about this said bill.

    I received an extremely high water bill in January 2023. I called harvest water authority and was made aware I had a leak that I was responsible for having repaired. I was promised that once the leak was repaired they would remove additional charges from my bill. The leak was repaired and I was told to continue to pay my average bill and they would make adjustments. It is now may and they are asking me to pay for the remaining cost . I spoke to ******** and ****************. Neither of them are honoring what their employees promised. They are taking advantage of the fact that there isnt another option of a water company in this area . Ive paid my bill every month even paying higher amounts than my usual bill but there is still over $100 balance they will not resolve. They do not return my calls or reach out to me even after promising to help me. I dont know who else to reach out to. I cannot afford to pay a $300-$400 water bill. Especially when it was faulty pipes and not my doing. This company will be the reason I move away from the *****/Harvest area. The treatment I have received is the worst Ive had with any company. They have no consideration for their customers. I was told by the manager I dont know what they told you but we dont do that. Im reporting this on every site. You dont tell people one thing but do another.

    So I was charged a 10%late fee plus a $40 reconnect fee, which my water wasnt disconnected. I tried explaining to the supervisor, she stated $40 is a late fee which clearly its a reconnect fee on my billing statement in black and white print it says, 10%late fee and $40 reconnect fee if service is disconnected. I left a voicemail on the general manager phone no call back as of 01.10.2023. I really need help and explain to me why Im charged a reconnect fee if my service wasnt disconnected and why Im charged a $40 late fee(which is the reconnect fee) and it says Im already been charged a 10%late fee. Thank you.
