1-17-24 I killed a deer, took picture. 1-18-24 I carried it to H31363635**343735H Processing. Called for Taxidermist for heard mount. 1-19-24 I wanted to see my deer. My deer was no where to be found. I called the Game Warden and H363137**3238313831H. 1-25-24 Game Warden and Taxidermist together could not fine my deer at H31363635**343735H&#**;s Processing. Game Warden had pictures I sent him of my deer. He said it was no where to be found. My deer was born with an unusual snub tail. (See photo). In the cooler was a deer with a long tail, with a paper tag #***. (see photo)of H31363635**343735H&#**;s employee holding a long tail (blue glove hand) went to Taxidermist to see if he had the right head (see photo of rack of antlers tag#***) Me and the Taxidermist went to H31363635**343735Hs look for my deer deer. Mr. H31363635**343735H claims the long tail deer was mine. The picture proves my deer was not there. On 1-26-24, the Game Warden and the Taxidermist went to H31363635**343735H Processing to look. My deer was not there. H31363635**343735H don ********* with my deer or it was stolen from there.

    Business Response

    *************** to a complaint filed by ****************
*************** came to my deer shop on 1/18/2024. He brought a deer he wanted caped and processed. He told me he would not have come to my business Brewer Deer Processing if he could get to the one he normally used.
He proceeded to tell me I had processed a deer for him 2 years ago and I had shorted him meat. I ask him why did he wait 2 years and not call me then so we could discuss. He did not respond at all. I told him since he was dissatisfied with the last process I would give him a $50.00 discount and process his deer for $50.00. He left his deer and filled out his order form. I contacted the taxidermist he was using *********************** and he came over to the shop to cape the deer for me since the caper I normally used was unable to come in due to the snow and ice.
He came and caped the deer taking the numbers we tag with on the antlers. We had wrote the tag number on a card and attached it to the deers leg for the order to be processed. The very next day *************** shows up and wants to see his deer. He proceeds to get loud stating that is not my deer. My worker didnt know how to respond as she had not been here when the deer came in or was caped. She came and ask me to talk to *************** he continued to say that is not my deer. He left to go to the taxidermist to see if he had the right cape which *************** agreed he did. He came back to my shop and still said that was his cape but not his deer. He started saying he was calling the game warden, channel 19 news and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I received a call from the game warden advising he received a call from *************** and he had closed any case because he said it did not involve their department. The game warden never came to my business. At this point we contacted *************** advising him we no longer wanted his deer on our property and we did not want to process as the weather was now better he could take it to his processor or another one. *************** showed up within 15 minutes of our call and picked up his deer.
I have attached an email from the Game Warden and the taxidermist stating the actions they both had with *************** and they never came on my property together and told *************** anything to what he is claiming. I also have the video of *************** picking up the deer and leaving the property with the deer. It is too large to upload. I am uncertain why he would take a deer he still says is not his. If I can be of any further assistance please feel free to reach out to me. My cell phone is ************ and my email is ****************************************.
    thank you,
    ********** Brewer
