    I hate doing things like this because **** and I are some of the most understanding people and easiest people to get along with, but people just do not care how they treat others. If you are in need of a porch/deck built, I STRONGLY encourage you to NOT use SCOTT ***** out of Headland (Decks by Scott). We had a porch built by him at the beginning of February. We had issues we noticed afterwards that Ill attach below that were just examples of POOR craftsmanship, but then once it rained for the first time we realized the roof was leaking in two spots one on each side of our front door. **** contacted him several times needing it fixed ( I will attach screenshots below). He came to check on it a few days after he completed the build attempting to fix the problem with a bandaid. It of course continued to leak so **** contacted him quite a few times. He then put us off for nearly a month. He came today to fix it, and when I got home I noticed it was actually worse. There is now a spot leaking above the front door and those other spots are just as bad. **** contacted him expressing it needed to be fixed ASAP especially since it was screwed directly onto our home and were trying to prevent any water damage in our HOME. He responded that he would be in Georgia all week as you will see below. After ***** final response, he blocked Matts number and on ********* We then tried to contact him with my phone.. he responded via text saying sorry Im on a call then I get on ******** and I was blocked on ******** and next my phone number was blocked. This is NOT a way you run a business. Now we have to pay someone else to fix the s**** up Scott created. Its SAD that someone would treat people this way after being paid in FULL for a job that he was trusted to get done RIGHT.Pictures and videos are posted below of it all.
