    I have gone 39 days without air in my house. These people hardly answer the phones. They don't call me back or keep me updated on my air. My mother is sick, and I have 8 children in the house. I have called numerous times asking them to fix the air. They keep telling me that the parts are on back order, but they can't be for a month. The women who answer the phone when they do answer are very rude. It is almost 102 degrees in the house every day. I'm tired of having my kids hot and no one cares. Please help me.

    Sir we are sorry about the long wait on this. We have tried or best to ************** in but no one has them in stock and it has to come from the factory. There have been extremely long lead times on materials this year and we are not able to do anything about it. It's up to the supplier how quick we can have them. As soon as we have the parts in hand we will get out to install them. If you would like tho we could give you a quote on a new unit and we can have that installed in a day or two to speed up the process. Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because: they have not contacted me or fixed the air. I have 8 kids and my mother is sick. It is very hot in the house and outside.

    Company will not provide timeline for air conditioning parts to arrive that are needed for repair. They will not schedule the work until the parts are in hand. Parts were supposed to be in, at the latest, yesterday. No one can provide a timeline because they will not call back.When contacting the company i have to call **** times to get through a busy signal. Sometimes it says the number is unreachable.We have been told we would be called back with an update and that has not happened. We have left two voicemails and they have not been returned. I have been on hold three times where the call is disconnected at 15 minutes and never called back.

    AHS assigned ********** on 11/2 to fix my heat & sent *****. He informed me the techs from his company failed to turn gas back on to unit 2 months ago when they repaired my A/C. Which cost unnecessary $100 service fee. So we froze for 2 weeks due to their error. ***** advised office will refund fee but they haven't. **** stopped working again and ******* came on 11/22 and advised he fixed the issue. WRONG AGAIN! Heat stopped working 11/24 Thanksgiving and guess what? The office is closed for the holiday. We have guests and visitors here and it's cold and 40 degrees. Their website CLAIMS 24/7 service AND EMERGENCY SERVICE BUT THAT IS A BIG LIE!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I have tried to be patient and understanding but they have worked my last nerve. What are we supposed to do for heat? They are home enjoying food, family, and fun but my holiday is HORRIBLE because their techs are incompetent! Or is it that techs intentionally fail to fix my heat to milk more money? How do you claim to have 24/7 emergency service on your website but don't advise how to contact them when it is an emergency? 3 service calls for the same thing IN 2 WEEKS is DEFINITELY AN EMERGENCY AND SOMEONE'S HOLIDAY FUN WITH FAMILY SHOULD BE RUINED JUST LIKE MINE!!! SEND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND FIX MY HEAT! ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING COLD, FRUSTRATED, AND UNCOMFORTABLE IN YOUR HOME!! JUST A HORRIBLE AND DECEITFUL COMPANY!! FIX MY HEAT AND REMOVE CLAIM OF 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE BECAUSE IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING! Also they didn't even call me back. I called on Saturday 11/19 after the 2nd breakdown and reading the website that claims 24/7 emergency service and left 2 messages. They didn't even call me 11/21 Monday morning after opening at 7:30am. By 10am after no contact I had to call them! So they open and don't check messages? Worst thing of all they didn't even bother to apologize for their incompetence and inconvenience or ANYTHING!!!
