    I looked up Done Right Concrete up through the BBB, with no real reviews or complaints I thought "okay". The quote seem fair. The owner and I seem to be on the same page. The problem is, the work was so unsatisfactory and no resolve to the problems were given. The newly poured sidewalk has footprints, grass and dirt stains embedded in it and one low spot that holds water. The drainage work consisted of a 3in. PVC solid drain in concrete connected at downspout w/flexible pipe (not in the ground) and a 4in PVC pipe over it, no true connection on it at all, and of course it leaked everywhere at the source and there was two of those. The driveway channel drain is in a violent "v"pattern that I must thump over everyday. Lastly, they did not slope the drainage pipes correctly causing extra work to "drain it out" properly away from my neighbor's yard and back flow to the gutter downspout. There was no regards as to my front lawn. I spent approximately $600 on dirt, sand, seed (no sod available because of rain) and labor to fix the mess that they made of my front lawn, from the construction equipment used and concrete debris left behind. I paid them promptly each time they finished a section and requested payment for supplies. I thought they would fix the issues I brought up (stated in this review), but to date nothing has been done. The owner agreed to give me a portion of money back over the phone, but as stated earlier, I have received nothing from ****, the owner of this company.
