      Dye Services was at the time of purchasing a ********** mini split system diamond dealer. Which is a premium advantage for the customer, the warranty extends to 12 years instead of 5 parts and 7 compressor, if register with in 90 days of installation. ******************* said he would be the one to register it and I would receive an email/mail confirmation. I didn't, several weeks went by and called ********** and again he said he would take care of it. This was installed 8/11/21. Called ********** today 1/16/24 concerning warranty cause I have an issue. I was informed that it was never registered and they have no company listed as a diamond dealer! So I have the standard warranty and lost my 5 years of extra warranty due to the incompetence of Dye Services. I wouldn't ever recommend this company, I also made a complaint with **********.
