    This is my first time writing a negative review for any business. My experience was that bad. The other reviews are right - *****, the owner, is probably the friendliest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. But friendly does not equate to good service. She was friendly as she told me once a week for almost two months that my car would be ready on Friday. I brought my car in because a tree branch crushed the window. While I was inside explaining the problem, one of their workers backed into the front of the car and damaged it. It was a mistake and I understand. They were quick to apologize and promised to fix it asap.I know it takes a while for things to get done these days. Really, I do. But no one EVER contacted me from the shop. I had to initiate all contact and inquire about the status of the car. Each time, I was told it would be done either that same day, the next day or by the end of the week. I was told this for close to 3 months. Complete lies. I understand parts need to be ordered and things get backed up - but just give it to me straight! Don't tell me what you think I want to hear!One week shy of 3 MONTHS LATER, my car was returned to me - completely filthy with dirt and dust on the inside and it was obvious someone had been smoking in my car for a while. I won't even get into the details of how they contacted my insurance and tried to file a claim for previous hail damage to t he car and in the process totaled out my car without my knowledge. It was a complete mess from start to finish!
