      Leaving negative reviews is never my preference, but in this case, its necessary to address the experience I had. I attended a beautiful wedding ceremony last Saturday at a venue in ******, **. The ceremony started off gracefully, with everything flowing elegantlyuntil it was disrupted by the catering staff. Their loud cackling, laughing, and casual conversations were so unprofessional and disruptive that a family member had to leave the ceremony to ask them to lower their voices. It was a distraction during what should have been a sacred and joyous *********** forward to the wedding reception, which was beautifully decorated and initially promising. Each guests dinner plate was placed inside a charger, and we were instructed to take our plate to the serving station when our table was called. However, the catering teams lack of organization quickly became apparent. Plates were mishandled and swapped, creating a highly unsanitary situation. The plate I handed to the server was not the one I received back, and this left me very uneasy about eating my food.When it came to the meal itself, the quality was deeply disappointing. My plate included green beans, mashed potatoes, chicken breast, and a roll. While the mashed potatoes were tasty, they were served cold. The green beans tasted straight out of the can, with no indication that theyd been rinsed properly before seasoning. The chicken was tough, undercooked, and cold, to the point that my fork broke when I tried to cut it. The rolls were shiny, overly hard, and covered in excessive parsley, making them nearly inedible. Overall, the meal felt rushed, poorly executed, and far below any acceptable standard for an event of this caliber.
