    Water damage to livingroom 6/24. Called our insurance. Selected Cahaba Restoration and agent came out. On 7/8/24 recd and paid $8526.76 to Cahaba. On 7/23 the final pmt from insurance paid $2906.24. On 8/7 **** ****** w/Cahaba came out for final payment of $500. Which was our deductible. At that time **** viewed the flooring they installed and saw that kitchen flooring was coming up because of overlap from where kitchen and livingroom joined. Said he would call later that day to send someone out. Have not seen them since. My husband had lung cancer surgery in April and was undergoing chemo during this time of installation. Recently he was hospitalized with a stroke and came out of hospital first week in October.He is 76 years old and not in good condition. Using a ****** in the house. I am very concerned that he is going to trip on these floors. Now the entire living room floor is buckling up down the center of the room. I do have video of floors if you need them. All we want is our floors fixed. My husband is getting infusions every Tuesday for the next 10 months. Anything you can do to help with this would be greatly appreciated.
