    Do not sign up with this company. They are not honest and the work is poor. This was supposed to be cheeper than my previous service, but it isn't. On the first visit they killed some birds making a nest on my porch. They do not schedule appointments with the customer they just show up and if no one is home your out of luck. If a customer is not satisfied with services they will not let you out of the contract without paying a fee. They charge you a monthly fee but only come out every 90 days unless you ask for a follow up. Still having issues with bugs in my home. Talking with the manager (*****) he refused to give me his last name or the name of his boss. He refused to listen to my overall concerns. He informed me he was unable to refund my money and stop my service. I've been in retail most of my life and managers bend over backwards to make things right with the customer. I would have been willing to give them another try if they were honest. When my contract is up I will not renew and I will not recommend this company to family and friends.

    Horrible company, they charge for services not rendered every month. When you call to cancel the service they want to charge you a cancellation fee.

    Want to change a high cancellation fee. And had changed for a month of service I didn't receive. Then turn it over to collections on top of that!
