      Best Choice Roofing has exceeded our expectations. We had a leak and although Best Choice Roofing is about an hour away from us, they were recommended to us. ************************* & **** from Best Choice came out and investigated the source of the leak and checked the entire roof. *** walked us through the insurance claim and met with our adjuster to make sure all weather-related damage was well documented. We were impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail. Not only was he very knowledge in roofing but also in how to navigate the world of insurance claims. It made everything easier and less stressful. We were particularly impressed with their customer service - *********************** of Best ********************** drove hours after a full-day of work to make it to our house to make sure all leaks were sealed before an upcoming storm to ensure that we would have no further water damage before our roof was replaced. We have had absolutely no leaks and could not have been more impressed with the kindness and care for our home. ***** even checked on us following the storm to make sure there were no leaks and told us to call if we had any problems at all. ************ of Best Choice are always available for our every question (and we have a LOT.) We are having our entire roof replaced and feel confident that our home is in exceptional hands and look forward to having a high-quality, long-lasting roof. We appreciate the honesty, professionalism, reliability, and consideration for us. They go above and beyond and that goes a long way for us. We definitely recommend Best Choice.

      I would give *********************. the representative that started the whole process, and explained everything to us upfront what it would take to get the job done. I would give 5 stars from the beginning to the end of our New roof process. *********************. assured us that if we had any questions about anything said or done to give him a call or contact the office, that they would take as much time needed for us to go over the paperwork.Sure enough I had plenty questions and concerns. Once i spoke with them and everything was explained about the process, we felt very comfortable with the process. The workers on the roof was amazing, they did a great job, very efficient. Project was done ahead of schedule. I got to speak with the ladies in the office also, who was amazing and knowledgeable. its always good to speak with someone that knows what they are talking about and the math adds up.       ***** was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable. If he had not stopped by and inquired about ******* I would of never known my roof was in such bad shape. He took care of everything, it was such an easy process. I wish we had more young men with his work ethic. The work crew did an excellent job with the roof. Took off the old and replaced the new roof the same day. Looks great!!
