  Only 8/11/22 I applied for an apartment with Grayson Trace although I was told the apartment was destroyed by previous tenant. I was informed by ****** Mgr that she only had 1 maintenance man working both Hickory Knoll and Grayson and had no idea when it would be ready. She said the apartment had to be gutted and everything replace. She stated possibly end of Sept or mid Oct. I advised i could not move in by that weekend and give me to next week end 10/07. I called on 09/22 s/w *** who stated apt would be ready at end of moth and she sent me my lease. I called back to request someone do a walk around with me in the property and I was told would call me back. I went 09/23 to see apt. The only thing new was the carpet, white fridge, black stove. Countertops in bathroom and kitchen needed to be replaced (look like burnt ***** drawers in kit/bath were rotted, bath/kit had roaches galore. I called back on 10/03 s/w *** and advised wanted my deposit back she stated ok, then she put on hold and states I could not. I asked to s/w ****** who said I could not b/c she held for me and had 1,000's of inquiries. Ask for her boss and finally after refusing she gave me ******* w/ Arbor Valley Dev. I called for a week getting the run around. The next week s/w her and she said I made her lose $400 odd $ and I could not get my money back. The apartment was not up to par. I regret I did not take pictures.

  First of all, this is the only thing I have received from Better Business. I do not manage theses apartments. ******* Strain was the owner and he hired ******************* to manage them beginning 1/1/2020. If this young lady called on 8/11/2022 she should have spoken to *************************** as she was the Property Manager. ******* sold these apartments on 9/1/2022 to ******************* and Associates. We have no dealings whatsoever with them and I would kindly appreciate you removing my name from them. You can verify the sale with ****************************** Company. If you cannot get satisfaction from dealing with ******, I would go to ********************************* as she is the Vice-President of the company. Please send me something showing you have removed my name and contact. I have nothing to do with these Apartments and havent since 2018.
