    Water and power goes out for multiple days. Terrible management and maintenance. Very unhealthy living environment.

    Do not move here. I have been without cooling air for A month now and management has not done anything to change this. Maintenance ***** and all they do is cancel your request. They will be reported soon.

    I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the Park at Hoover Birmingham! I have been waiting on a refund of my rent for over 68 business days now and I was told 30-45. Everyone keeps telling me it is on the way and it’s been mailed. I can never get a response from the property manager in Phase II. I have been calling everyday and no one answers the phone. The calls roll over to voicemail. I even called right when they opened and no response! It’s ridiculous that I have to keep chasing behind them for my funds but I gave them no issue when it came to paying my rent. I need to speak with someone higher up as I am never even able to speak with them to even request the corporate number.
