    I moved into this complex in August of 2024 and the dishwasher that was supplied by the company did not work. I contacted them on multiple occasions by phone, email, and even in person and was always told it would be fixed the next day. I was even told to leave the door unlocked one Friday because they did not have a key and they would come fix the issue, make a copy of my key and lock up. However, when I got back in town Sunday, they had simply not shown up. By *************** Rights, if a supplied appliance is not fixed after 14 days of written notice, you should be allowed to terminate your lease without having to pay any penalty. They did not fix this until January 3, 2025 when I informed them of my desire to get out of the lease because of this issue. I paid January in full and vacated the premise but ****, the manager, has not responded to any of my messages. Also of not, there is a broken door that was included in my initial maintenance order that was still broken when I left last month. I simply want to cut ties with this property and have my leases terminated.
