    I basically am and have been a frequent customer of one location in particular which has been Uptown. I have many past purchases I made at that location even before signing up for their loyalty program. They never really pushed their loyalty program so I never registered for it until I had been making alot of purchases and found out that I could get rewarded for that. Therefore, I decided to register. However, I had contacted someone on the chat for Santos and was asking them awhile back if points could be added to my account for all of my past purchases? They said yes. I spoke with a manager at the Uptown location about what I was told, she said she would definitely look into and let me know. I gave her all of my contact information. Nobody ever got back with me about anything. I called the Hoover location and spoke with an Operations Manager. He told me he would add points to my account if I just called Uptown and gave them my information to give to him. I also recently placed an order for Avocado Toast which was soggy. The order was placed on 6/3 on card ending **** for $11.27. I had called and spoke with several people that would assure me they would call me back. Nobody ever did. On 6/24, I made another purchase and card reader ask me if I want to sign up for loyalty program which made no sense because I'm already registered. No one should have unregistered me. So, I'm dissatisfied with several things and seeking a resolution please. I'm a frequent customer. Thank you
