      Literally the worst service ever! They will not help with customer assistance, are the least knowledgeable, and do not provide financial advisory. They confiscated my credit card and will not give me access to online banking, which is inconvenient since I cannot come in during normal business hours, including Saturday. ****** ***** ******, and ********* from the **********, ** location have all failed to support my issues and cannot do anything beyond pulling up an account number.

      The members card privileges and online banking access have previously been restricted because of repeated claims of fraudulent activity that were not accompanied by the required formal transaction dispute process.

      We are reviewing her past card history and fraud claims again and will be reaching out to her in an attempt to find a satisfactory resolution to her account restrictions.

      Went to close savings account because ********************** taking $5 per month for non minimum balance. The Non minimum balance was caused by Avadian deducting $2 per Qtr paper statement fee that we knew nothing about. Was never told I had to keep a minimum balance of more than $20, as originally stated. No notice, nothing! The $2 per qtr being deducted forced my account below the changed $100 minimum balance. So Avadian started deucting $5 per month. If I had not closed a SAVINGS Acct with them, I would have been forced into a negative balance. On an account That I have not touched. Thought it was drawing interest, instead The Avadian rats were slowly eating it away. When I told the Teller why I was closing account, he became very condescending and ugly. I got a $14.95 check for what was over $100 a year ago. On top of the the rude teller refused to cash their own check. His exact words " You can tke that to some other bank, you will not cash here with a closed account". I, and my family have done business with Avadian since it was Al ***** Credit Union. Back when the bank people were nice and accomodating. Not like this tribal bunch in ******, *******. The rudest teller I have ever rencoutered in a banking atmosphere. We will never set foot in another Avadian Bank, ever. And we are encoraging family members ( that do a lot of business with Avadian ) to do the same. I have been treated better in DVMs! This Pelham bunch is rude and careless of customers. Period. Avoid **********************!

      Regarding your experience in the branch, we have escalated your concerns to the appropriate leadership team. Regarding the fees your account was assessed, we notified all members in December 2023 and January 2024 that, beginning on Feb. 29, 2024, a $2 mailed statement fee would assessed to all members between the ages of 18 and 65. Our fee schedule clearly states that a $5 minimum share balance fee will be assessed monthly when a savings account balance falls below $100 and the member has no other accounts with ********************** and there is no ACH activity on the account after the account is open for 90 days.

      I have had a car loan with Avadian for close to 2 years, I have in that time ALWAYS , from first payment, paid the monthly payment online. I authorize the payment monthly, I have Never been on auto pay nor have I ever *************** pay. This month I authorized a payment on the 15th of March, that was deducted from my bank account on March 15th. Then today on March 18th ANOTHER payment came out of my bank account. I never authorized that payment, When I contacted Avadian to have it refunded, Was told I was enrolled in auto pay and had been from the beginning( mind you, I have never had a problem before and I have made every single payment on time, and via online bill pay.) They refused to credit it back to my account and wanted to add it to the Avadian Savings account that is required in order to have the loan, This is fraudulent and they can not decide to auto deduct money from anyone's account without permission. The several people I spoke with were extremely rude and refused to cooperate even though the mistake was on their part. I ended up having to stop payment on the 2nd transfer that was not required or authorized at a cost of $25.00 to me, for Avadian's mistake!

As we have discussed, we have reversed the second payment even though it was authorized in online banking last March and have credited your account to cover the stop payment fee you were assessed by your other financial institution. We consider this situation resolved.

      ************************************** ala branch manager This lady was very horrible the entire process of my experience I came into branch to inquire about land and changing my pin number she was so rude threatening to freeze accounts because of avadian error on my check card and credit card she stated after looking into my account for 13 minutes she Couldn't get me verified liedto my face but it's all on video she tried calling her boss in which she stated she couldn't get fired she closed my cards as well she needs to be fired along with her boss ********************* not taking action regarding her behavior ***** is a racist and I want justice thru legal action

      **************** experience that insulted my being as a person (asked why my account was overdrawn)disappointed actions(gave the impression that my situation would be satisfied), waste of time (the representative already knew his solution) humiliation ( he based his results from an overdrawn fee waived 2 years ago) embarrassment ( my feelings were hurt, he made me feel like a failure since my account was overdrawn and he was giving me a lecture about future happenings, what happened to me over a phone call to see if Avadian would at least assist with my overdraft fees was ridiculous and very unnecessary to have a customer explain themselves and feel like a fool with no resolution, lastly he put me back in que

      I have corresponded with multiple people at multiple branches trying to get the name on my car loan and title changed so that I can renew my vehicle registration. This has been a week long process, missing work, hours on the phone and email. Today is the deadline for renewal and absolutely NOTHING has been resolved despite my best efforts and begging people at Avadian to help me. No one will allow me to speak with anyone in the title department - I'm starting to wonder if it even exists. I had to do this process on another car, which I have a loan on through ******** and it was SO simple - lack of care and knowledge is on full display with Avadian.

      I have banked with ACU since Dec 2014. I was never notified that my account was in negative for $10.96. I haven't used my bank card or made any transactions with my account since June 2022. I am retired military so looking at my credit reports is a must because thing can happen or mistake can be made. I noticed ACU made a report on my report and I called to check why? I was told for $10.96 owed for why banking service. I asked could I pay and negative be removed and ****** told me NO it want be removed. Why I been banking with this company for 8 years and this is how I get rewarded negative on my credit report for $10.96. This so heart breaking for someone to set in there home office or work office and pass judgment and not notified or call before reporting $10.96 to credit bureau. Thanks ***************** and ******************.
