      The crestwood location ***** the doctor has a nasty attitude and seemed racsit i asked her to check a tooth thats been giving me problems and she stated it looked fine I went to get a second opinion and the was infected I dont recommend this company to nobody neither location.

      Had been a patient with this practice for over 20 years. March 2023 I went in for a loose tooth that needed attention. Options were given but due to an upcoming trip I wanted to wait since it was going to be expensive. Ten days later the tooth abscessed and I had a true dental emergency and needed to be seen. Two calls were placed and I was basically told they had NO openings for an appointment. Its unacceptable for a dental practice to not have time for dental emergencies. I will not recommend this practice to anyone. When I called the person did not even take time to look at my chart and see that I had already been there and now things had taken a turn for the worse. Several months later they called about a six month cleaning and when I explained their RUDE/ CARELESS behavior months earlier all I got was they couldnt find any records of me calling and their phone recordings dont go back that far.

      I was overcharged for a cleaning and dental x-rays on my visit 1/03/2004.I was charged $392 for a regular cleaning and X-rays. I have called several local dentists in my area and came up with an average of $200. I contacted the dental office the next day and gave them the charges which were $192 less than what I was charged. Also was charged $99 for a Smile Easy Plan that I told them I didn't want.When I got home I looked at the total charges and then realized that I had been overcharged.I have tried to talk to their office manager which has so far been useless.I can understand some overcharges but, ****'s overcharge is outrageous.*************************
