  They are a little pricey, Im a 43yr hardware guy and got in a pinch and needed someone to add 10ft of 1/2 tubing to my existing line which basically consist of s******* a fitting (1/2 MIP X 1/2 flare)into an existing tee, flare each end of my 1/2X10 tubing after adding flare nuts to each end, than go inside the house and install a 1/2X24 flex gas line which consists of s******* one in to the cook top and the other to the existing line coming through the floor. Like I said this was my fault thats why Im going to share this on every platform, so others want make the same mistake. After about 45min which includes a trip to the ********** my bill was $855.95 Lowes 1ea 1/2X10ft item #***** $32.48 1ea 1/2X24 flex gas line item #***** $6.17 2ea 1/2 flare nuts item#****** $4.88ea 1ea thread seal 1.75oz item#***** $5.76 1ea 1/2MIP X 1/2 Flare item#****** $5.38 Lowes Total $59.55 On Time Service Replace up to 1/2 gas line 10ft $674.00 General labor $133.00 Plumbing dispatch $39.00 Plumbing expendable truck supplies $9.95 (this was the 1/2MIP X 1/2flare)On Time Service Total $855.95 Theyre not the company for the average family so shop around!I leaving a 1 star because thats the lowest Allowed.Other than the Price everything went well, my Tech was awesome.

  We have use On Time Service three times. Once for electrical and twice for two different plumbing issues. We have bee satisfied with their service and find they charges are in line for the work completed.

  Work and tech were fine. However, I am still waiting, since August 2023, on a requested line item invoice for insurance purposes. As of December 2023 still have not received it nor has any manager returned my repeated messages.

  On time plumbing service was very fair in price very professional very knowledgeable and most importantly very effective ***** did a superb job and when the extra mile over and above what I had asked him to do and fix my fill line in the toilet so that it would fill properly I would recommend on time plumbing and ***** to all of my friends and family and I want to thank ***** and company for their prompt response to fix my issues. Once again I will use them again and I would refer ***** and company to anyone in need of professional services thank you both for your prompt response to my call I called today and they were here today and fixed the problem today thank you thank you thank you. Y'all be blessed have a very merry Christmas a Happy New Year and again I have no words to express the gratitude that we feel. Thank you *********** ??????

  For the greater part of a year I have been requesting repairs for my air conditioning unit. Two months ago I called to speak with the owner. The manager answered instead and sent a repairman within two days. He repaired part of the problem, but said he needed parts for the remainder. My calls for the owner to repair the remaining problem are now being re-directed to his non responsive voice mail. I have been persistent because I believed his advertisements about being a moral and dependable company. It's taken me a few years to see that things have changed there. I am a ******* ******** ***.

  I had to call them to see about my shower leaking. They sent a plumber to look at my shower that I had gotten apart and had the water shut off . I told him that I was looking for the shut off valve so that I could have water in the rest of my house and he stated he did not see one. He then asked if I wanted the shower replaced or repaired and I stated just repaired. He gave me quotes of *** repair and **** replaced and *** to cut into the wall. I told him just to repair and that I needed to have a shut off valve to turn on the water and he stated it would be *** and told never mind that I could wait till tomorrow to turn the water on. He then told me he could not repair that the pipe was bent so he would have to replace it. So I agreed on repair not knowing that he was lying. Later that night I was able to figure out that there were shut off valves on the pipes already and I was able to repair it myself and turn on my water for the house.
  This company is a greedy company they dont care if you only need a little fix they will always have their people go for the most money to put in the owners pockets.. Do not use this company for anything. The repair man lied to me the whole time.

  Scam company that came over and put in a $*** thermostat my air conditioner needed a new blower.... scam!!!!
