    Purchased new 2024 CT4V Blackwing from Cadillac of Birmingham for $88,763.15 on 7/1/24. It began making engine noises and was towed back to the dealer around October 1, 2024. Metal shavings were found in the engine, which apparently reviewing online, is not uncommon with these vehicles. A new engine was ordered, and is at the dealer. I have been told they are waiting on eight bolts to replace the engine.I have now had the car in the shop for 3 months, the same amount of time that it was able to be driven.There is no estimate when the car will again be available to me.A car that cannot be repaired would be lemon.

    I'm not sure this complaint is directed towards the appropriate organization. Everything the customer described in the matter is accurate and we are standing shoulder to shoulder with our customer and have vowed to either find a suitable replacement vehicle, or a  repurchase said vehicle dependent on our customer's wishes. We will do everything in our power here at the store level to ensure our customer is completely satisfied.

    I paid close to 10k for my truck to get painted, *** ****** the Owner of the body shop Cadillac dealership did not wanted get my car detailed with a professional, Both side of my truck got swirled marks and buff marks all over my truck It going to cost me ****** do the whole truck I feel that the owner should pay for the damage his shop did to my truck ,
