      I took my car for an oil change on 12/03/24 to the Express Oil Change at ************************************************* ****** change according to the receipt was completed at 9:42am. I drove my car about 15 minutes and received a warning light *************** Pressure). I immediately called the location and was told to stop driving and they would send me a tow. After having my car towed to the location and waiting over an hour, I was told nothing was wrong with my car and asked to pay for the tow of $167. When I refused to pay the manager was upset and told me to just come get your car. The light was off but the next morning I received the same warning. I drove back and was told they would recheck it. More oil was added by ***** ******** (technician) but the light did not go off. The manager, **** *******, came out to tell me there was nothing else they could do and I could pay $98/hr for them to check out what is going on. Per ***** my car was placed on the computer diagnosis test and no codes were present. I was told several times by **** and his district manager, ***** *******, to take my car somewhere else for them to look at it. No other company is willing to look at my car because they said its on Express and they will need to resolve the matter. Ive repeatedly called asking for the *** *** ******, with no return call from him. Its been several days and Im unable to drive my vehicle. I want everyone to know how they will be treated by this company if they mess something up on your car!!! Please be aware and stop taking your cars to these people!!!

      I stopped in Express Oil only to get an oil change preparing for a road trip the day prior to my trip. I parked the car overnight & proceeded with the trip the very next evening. 30 miles into the trip my car began asking me for a quart of oil & continued to do so thru out the trip. It finally stopped after I filled up but then my engine light came on. I've never seen it before, I had less than 100k miles on my **** A7 when I visited ************** saying they are denying fault. The oil light wasn't coming on until after I left there. I just moved here from **, never had any issues until the visit with these guys.

      I came here on April 17, 2024 with my 2019 ****** Highlander for a regular oil change. All went well. Time for another oil change! So I stopped at ******* in Bessemer first thing in the morning. They drained the oil, and could NOT get the oil filter off. They put oil in it and told me to take it to the dealership. That oil filter was not coming off. Instead, I took it back to this Express Oil Change figuringthey put this filter on, they can figure out how to take it off. NOPE. I sat in my car a good 30 minutes while their workers tried to get that filter off. The Highlander rocking back and forth. *** at Express Oil Change kept repeating this is ******s fault for designing a plastic casing it is not our fault he says. He even brought a sample casing and showed that to me too. He said they could remove the casing and replace it with a metal one. They would have to get a new casing from Auto Zone and install that. I told them to put oil back in it. He suggested bring it back when the engine was cold. I know that wont matter. The engine was cold when I took it to ******** They couldnt get it off either.I certainly was not going to let them work in my car again after messing this up, so I took it directly to the dealership. Sure enough, they couldnt get that filter off either (note: this is 3 different businesses that could not remove the filter). ****** even has an oil wrench specifically to ******. NOPE. ****** service manager told me this has happened 3-4 times in his career there that the oil filter was tightened too much and the filter wouldnt come off so the customer brought the car here. ******** ****** finally had to remove the casing and completed the oil change.I called *** at Express Oil change today and asked for the $508.35 I had to pay because they had tightened that oil filter too hard and he refused. He said I should have brought it back to him-which I did. Again brought up it is ******s fault.

      If you have a car that you have to take the bumper off to put a headlight in Don't take it to Express it cost you ****** left in a hurry went to ****** cut-off paid ***** they put it right in

      Two days and over 8 hours My back window is not working..I paid over ****** to get my back window fixed.. They told me that the parts wasn't no longer available!!I'm stuck with my back window not working

      I received care above and beyond what was expected by manager ****** at Oak Grove location, including that he helped change out a rear blinker light that had gone out.

      Tore up my car. Been calling and they wont put the Manger on the phone. Contacted them through ********* Nothing. Went up there 1 Nothing..

      This place is horrible. DO NOT COME HERE! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, wheel stud, and an alignment. This was at 9 in the morning. I live right down the street from the place and had been handling business for hours. Every single time I passed by they had my vehicle over to the side parked. The guy said first come first serve. I was the fourth person there. No problem until it's 3pm and they close at 5. So I call and inquire about it the guy had just made it to my vehicle. He then proceeds to tell me that they're unable to do my alignment today because they wouldn't have enough time. I was beyond livid because I waited from 9 am that morning for simple service. Nothing extreme. Do not go here find another place to attend to your vehicle's needs. This is the location in ******, ******* on ****************************.

      I took my car to get my tires balanced, and for some reason it did not work the first time. I called ****** and he immediately asked me to bring it back. He got everything straight and was so kind, even though they were extremely busy and I will go back here just because of the way I was treated by Mr. *******

      I made an appointment for tire rotation & when I arrived, I have as told Id have to wait *****/2 wait. I asked what the purpose was to make an appointment. I received an answer of we hate that appointment making ** we do first come, first serve & when the bays are filled, the appointments have to wait. Best thing is to come when we open @ 8.
