I called 3 times to talk to someone about assembling a 12 x 14 gazebo. Never heard back .

Your initial phone call Thursday was afterhours and considered next business day and your two phone calls on Friday were returned on Saturday at 9:28 am Our protocol is to get back in touch with in 24 hrs. I apologize that I was 28 minutes late with those 24 hours. I am sorry that we were unable to accommodate your needs as we do not do Gazebo kits as that we are a custom build firm per our conversation.
