      I want to warn others NOT to work for this company. The owner doesn't communicate well with the workers. He will only say something when something wrong happens. The managers are two-faced with the workers. They will be so nice but without notice, they will text you and you're fired. The owner and managers will have meetings every day about THEIR PROJECTS but when it comes to workers, they won't say anything unless you're doing something wrong. There's so much lack of communication between management and the workers. The owner only focuses on himself and management, not the workers. He wants the workers to work 40 hours or more per week, because production is so important for him so he and the managers can get bonuses. The workers doesn't receive anything. He doesn't like part timers because they don't help him make money. You get paid by check per week, not direct deposit. You're a contract worker. If you are full-time, you get direct deposit, which is unfair and inconvenient to me. There was a time that payroll (the owner's wife) would come in whenever she wants and pays everyone. You may get paid on Thursday, maybe not. Only recently, there's been consistency, but things may have changed now, since I'm not working there anymore. People can get hired quickly because they need people. New workers stay for a few days or a couple of weeks, and quit to find a better job. The owner has the workers work upstairs and management is downstairs. He wants the workers to share a bathroom upstairs, while management has about three bathrooms. When the toilet needs repair, the owner won't pay everyone for the day until the toilet is fixed. Everyone has a choice to leave and not get paid or work without a toilet and go to the nearest gas station. The owner cares about himself. I tried to file a complaint with Indeed, but for some reason, it hasn't been posted.There's no human resources there, so anything goes for that company. Terrible company to work for.
