    TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT!!!Do not work here.HIGH TURNOVER RATE!!! The people I was around made it miserable to work here. This is not a Christian environment.I honestly cant say I enjoyed working here. My manager was a guy wwho was critical of everything and ***** and a a****** He was also ***** and kinda ******** grown man should be this *****. I was somewhat harassed here and picked and tattled on. These two women would gossip and bash men, talk About their weight , talk about dating sites talk about their menstrual cycles and I cleared my throat and was told I was being disruptive to the office. One time I said quietly I was bored in my office and he said I was being unprofessional yet these women would talk about how stupid and dumb men are. One time one of the women were talking about their *** life and how the men would look at her naked yet I was told how unprofessional I was constantly and I didnt even speak much. One time I asked about him about send information as a pdf and he said PRINT IT!!! I couldnt tell if it was a racist, sexist, or just *****. I was complained about how unprofessional I was so many times yet they did unprofessional things and for some reason nothing was changed.the manager I had need some management classes. So, please apply elsewhere or at least another department than the one I worked in. Its tarnished my view of Christian companies and women in the workplace if there this toxic and *****. Sad in all honesty. Do not be fooled by the Christian theme its just a cover up for the toxic place it ***** manager was jealous of me and was trying to find ways to fire me.Somewhat racial profiling.The Sheffield Fund is a toxic workplace! HIGH TURNOVER RATE!!!
