    Our Central Air unit went out on June 17th, we have been without ac for the last month and half. We turned it into our homeoweers insurance, it took them three weeks to get back to us, that they would not replace the unit. After that I called Budget heating and cooling because we can make payments, got someone to come out to look at it. They said it need replaced. Got estimates on three Ac units, hand written from the gentleman who looked at the unit, We as a family tried to get financed thru a loan company, we got turned down. Now we have to go thru our local power company to get financed. But the Budget heating and cooling guys have to fill out the paper work. Ive tried to get them to get the paper work done now for the last two weeks. And NO one has returned my calls or stopped back out to my home to help with the paperwork. Im not permitted to fill out the papers. My husband is a heart patient (CHF) plus on kidney dailsys, and daibetic, plus he's a Veteran. My health is not good either. We live in Alabama and the heat is really bad down here. I've tried going thru other places, ;like United **** **************** but the only help Homeless Vets. Even our doctor has tried helping. We would like for the Budget heating and cooling to replace our unit for free (no cost to us) or at least at a disccounted rate. I have the paperwork of different unit prices, (but cant upload them).......Ive called for the last two weeks tring to resolve this issue, Im just getting tried of being hot, and worried about my husband.
