    I wasn't a customer but was another general contractor on a property in the ********** area and as I have read here had similar and worse issues. This property had a large Bat infestation with many many Bats and very large amounts of bat ***** materials Bat Guano all under a large 2 story porch this is a very serious and dangerous job with many Alabama requirements, they started the process but never finished and left all of the guano all over outside and even shoveled it out into the bushes instead of removing it per AL. requirements they had been previously paid for the entire job and never came back to finish the job. All of the responses from ***** were either "We will be there today after awhile." Or a text saying that they would be there in a day and or in a few days. ************** still hasn't completed this work order to date.

    Hey ***, my apologies again. I will have my team out there tomorrow morning, July 16, 2024 to completely rectify the situation per the agreement of my contract with the Initial property management team. Hopefully this will be done to your standard respectfully ***********************.

    I am working urgently like I explained to this contractor, which isnt the owner of this building and he wasnt there to read my agreement with the initial property management team, but at the end of the day, I will rectify the situation

    If you have read the others reviews it tells my experience with ***********************- all started with a timely estimate on 3-1-23. took 2 weeks to finally get someone to my house to start the work. Had to call several time and it was as if he would forget what he was doing. Truck problems/other scheduling issues. The first two guys that showed up to fill open spaces around the house were nice but just didnt get everything done. Talked to ***** and he said the insulation installers would finish sealing everything while they were here. That didnt happen and they a mess in my attic and utility room blowing the insulation. Called ***** on Monday **** and he said he would stop by right after lunch on Friday **** to take take care of the problems. When I called him around 3:00 he seemed surprised by my call and said he was where south of Bham. When I said h*** have you forgot again he said good afternoon sir and hung up on me. I made the mistake of paying him. It took him a day to cash the checks. Have not heard from since that Friday. Thought I was dealing with more of an honest person. Would not use this group for anything.
