    To start. I personally contacted the company atleast 3 times. As well as calls from other customers and the business owner where their machines are located. Cherokee Fabrication in *****. They constantly and still do have mislabeled products, and expired products in their machines. For atleast 6 months the food machine has been filled with mold and mildew. I have asked them to clean it. They sent a representative and nothing was done to address the issue, even after a second call and a verbal altercation with their employee who denied there being any mold. I feel it poses a health risk and find it disgusting.

    My complaint is that I have made numerous purchases with this company and I have proof on my bank transaction history as well. This company operates vending machines. However, recently when I researched this further due to snacks not dropping out of their vending machine correctly therefore I had to make double purchases, I have found that most of my purchases are not even showing up their end but it's been deducted out of my account. That's not correct business practice as far as I'm concerned and I am not pleased with this. Therefore, I am requesting refund. The problem is they can't find the purchases on their end but yet it shows it's been deducted from my account. I recently called and spoke with a lady at this location and she told me she would send me an email of the phone number of the company that deals with the credit and debit card transactions. I never received the email. Basically, to make a long story short, I don't think this company is doing things correctly. Everytime I had spoke with someone that deals with Canteen's credit and debit card transactions, they can't help me because they can't find the purchases I'm referring to. They just refer me to speak with someone at Canteen which I've already done and haven't gotten anywhere.
