    My husband and I are both disabled and Homeless because of Wrongful eviction march ******* -June ******* in the sum of ****** that's right three hundred dollars through a quick claim deeded scammed By a realtor and sellers. ***** ******* bka the #1 eviction Queen of Alabama was able to enter the Madison County Judicial systems with Unclean hands and bad faith. Without any burden of proof given honorable *** falsely reported that a bench trial was given 5/17/2022 and de novo that's totally not true per Alacourt ??. ****** move to Cabana apartment paying 2x for rent 1300 instead of ****** was paying. ****** was Wrongfully evicted from cabana apartment 1 day late June ******* ***** ******* was able to pay and enter the Madison County Judicial systems like eviction against ****** for 1 day late ****** had legal aid of Alabama ****** ****** is a joke... July 22 ***** ****** went to Madison County Judicial systems Prose Wasn't able to present burden of proof to the Madison County Judicial systems. ****** was told by Legal aid of Alabama **** ******** be prepared to pay 3x arrears and I can file appeal and the courts wait until judge send out order by ****************** and I have 7days to file appeal. ****** never received any order from the madison county Judicial system ****** received only order from ****** ***** on July 24th 2024 final order. To pay ****** into the Madison County Judicial systems on or before the first of each month and legal aid closed case ****** was told to pay July 29th and then file appeal and pay the courts ****** each month until appeal is denied or granted . ****** never received any order from the Madison County Judicial systems. ****** paid ****** x6 into the Madison County Judicial systems don't pay the landlord ****** did everything that was told by legal aid of Alabama ****** ****** July 24th final order. ****** was Wrongfully evicted from cabana apartment 1 day late 12/09/2023

    I lived here for 3 years and every year it got worse. They lied about my move in date. I was late moving in by almost a month due to "renovations" that were not done properly. The new floor peeled up within the first year. The apartment was infested with fleas when I moved in. By the time I moved out the whole building was infested with roaches. Managment could not get their act together the entire time I lived here. They messed up every lease renewal. Moving out was a nightmare. They lost my 60-day notice and couldn't figure out how to prorate my rent. The water would burst every winter in random buildings or the laundry room. Getting maintenance to show up, let alone fix the problem, was a huge headache and you had to call multiple times about the same problem. If you were not on top of it, management would just forget about you the same day. The police were there more times than I could count. I liked the convenience of the location but everything about living here is a nightmare.

    Terrible customer service. Too many things need to be fixed in my apartment. It takes weeks and months for anything to get fixed. Thats why I record and take pictures of everything to have receipts.

    they have horrible people in the front office. never take complaints seriously! you have to deal with loud, obnoxious, & inconsiderate neighbors and they do absolutely nothing about it. they are very unprofessional & lazy.
