    Have been trying over a month to get repairs to the first bath room, water runs on floor. Dish washer tray will not lock and I can not use it. Tried to wash in sink and it is stopped up and can not use it. Ice box in refrigerator keeps making noise all night and all day. The lady I spoke with keeps telling me she ordered parts and I have to wait nor over a month.

    During the last of August the refrigerator's ice box makes noise, loud noise. They keep saying they have ordered a part and they need to wait until the part comes in. It's going on 2 months , still making noise. Please make the repair. The other items have been taken care of.

    On September 6th, a work order for Mr ******** clogged sink and fridge growling occasionally was received and the same day our staff went up and unclogged the sink. The fridge was found to be operating fine and no sound was heard. 
    On September *************************** for a leaking toilet and once again, clogged sink. The wax ring was replaced on the toilet the following morning, the 13th, and the garbage disposal was also replaced Serial # ***********. 
    On November 7th, a woman came by and dropped off his rent payment and mentioned the sound the fridge makes is annoying and problematic. We called for a contractor to come check to see if the compressor was going out - sometimes its just the fan hitting something. We called several, and the quickest was Appliance Masters - they came on the 16th of November and diagnosed the compressor was indeed going out. A replacement refrigerator was installed the same afternoon on November 16th. 
    We strive to satisfy all our residents, and we truly regret having anyone feel as though we didnt respond or react as they would expect. We were prompt in our remediation of the customers request, and always will be,
