    I owe a debt to Mirabeau Gated Community from where I have broke my lease early. Although there is no excuse for doing so, I just couldn't stay there. The refused to keep pest control up to date every month because my apartment was infested with cockroaches and I could never get rid of them once the tenants under me had moved out. It had been months of leaving like this and I just couldn't let my daughter and I live like that. So I broke my lease. Over the years I just haven't had the extra money to pay that debt off which was now in my Collection on my credit. Now I have a second income and have been trying to pay this off but the ***************** that has taking over this debt is no longer available. They are permanently closed, I have tried to call anyone I could to get information about what I should do and no one could help me. So I thought I would just contact the apartment complex which all this was through. I asked them if I could just go through them for some kind of payment plan or something so I could start paying this off because me and my daughter are having a hard time trying to find somewhere to live. The lady at the front desk told me she couldn't do it due to them having a new system and they were going through a new collection agency. My debt is only $2,114 and its been active for more than 7 years. Well somehow it has popped back up on my credit 3 years ago. The name of the collection agency that has my debt is ***************** LLC.
