    I have not heard anything from Stones Throw Condo Association about this complaint.  Nothing has been resolved because they have not responded and I am not satisfied.

    Our condominium is mismanaged. There is no transparency in the elections; the same man has been president for fourteen years. He does not live on the premises. The president refuses to turn over the financial statements to the treasurer. He has hired his brother-in-law to do the bookkeeping after the 80-year-old that had been doing it left for a retirement home. When we use the online payment website we are charged late fees before the listed tardy date. He flaunted the rules by raising our dues without holding our bylaw mandated annual meeting for the last three years. He refuses to repair the facilities until facing legal action. Our wooden steps have been allowed to rot. Our pool gate lock is broken. Homeless people use it for bathing but we are more concerned about the children that live within our complex accessing the attractive nuisance, becoming injured and opening is up to legal trouble. We have submitted multiple requests through email, maintenance requests and text messages. He has since disabled our maintenance request form. He keeps saying our complex is broke, but he cant keep track of to whom he tells what lie. Our residents have taken to recording interactions with him because he can not be trusted. An exploratory committee was formed to reconcile the vague business records. He has only provided partial files. We are not safe entering and exiting our own homes due to his extended negligence. My documentation exceeds the 5MB.
