    7-30-2024  Carl's Appliance Service completed a service and repair on a Imperial Stove on Wednesday, March *******. We went out and removed the bad bake element and repaired it with a new bake element. We charted $652.07, which was paid upon job completion. The next day ****** texted about something happened with the new bake element. We went back out to check the stove and our tech discovered that someone (most likely a cook or cleaner) broke the tip off of the oven thermostat which caused the bake element not to cut off which caused the element to burn up. Even tho, the fault didn't come from what we replaced, we still offered to get a new element replaced under warranty.  We told ****** that we would find her a used thermostat and when we received the received the other element, we would come and replace both items free of charge. We did have issues with the new element taking a long time to get delivered but once it came in we contacted ****** and tried to set up a date/time. The day we were supposed to go ****** left a few mins before my service tech arrived and we haven't been able to get out there because ****** wants us to come after 9pm or before 7 am. I've explained our hours are 10-6pm. We have the new element and are waiting on a date to go. We do not owe ****** any money. The job was completed in and paid for. We are offering to replace the element and the thermostat for Free. No offer to refund any money.

    We will contact Mrs ****** to schedule a time and day to come and replace the element and we will discuss with her about replacing the thermostate with thin the next 7 business days. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10 to 6.

    Hello im ok with them to contact me to complete the repair , installation and everything needy to get my oven work ,, Im waiting a very long time and still not contact back to schedule the repair . Please at this point I have no trust in this company, I only want my oven to get done thats all in the last email they said they will contact me but I have not received any response from them ( they respond back on 8-7 -) today is 8-13

    Hello I have not received any response from them yet is there anyway you contact them back , they said in the last email on 8/7/24 they will call me or contact to come to reapair the oven but I have no answer from them 

    this is taking to much time and is just lying and lying,, they dont want to fix this I will like to get more details how to get this finished Im tired and my oven still needs repair its making my restaurant behind and losing money

    Hello is ****** from mi delicioso **********, carls appliance have never contact me or schedule any appointment to finish the work, my stove is not working and i really need even the money back from Carls company so I can hired someone else and I need the parts they took from the oven, theyre are just literally ignoring my request I have make several calls and I have never been able to speak with nobody even I send text to them and no response.can you suggest something I can do because this is taking forever for them to respond back at this point I dont think they even want to fix because since last time they said they will come they never showed up and if the have the parts I dont understand why if they have a running a business they are scamming people 

    please help us to get this resolved or something thank you
